Before you embark on any of our wildlife travel experiences or photography teaching programs, we kindly ask you to carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions:

Terms and Conditions of our services including all of the below but not limited to any other services (which are not mentioned below) that we provide now or in future .

1. Booking and Payment:
a. By booking any of our wildlife travel tours or photography teaching programs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
b. All bookings are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
c. To secure your reservation, a deposit or full payment may be required. The specific payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
a. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, and the amount refunded will depend on the time of cancellation and any non-refundable expenses incurred.
b. In the event that we have to cancel a wildlife travel tour or photography teaching program due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.

3. Travel Documentation and Responsibilities:
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess the necessary passports, visas, health certificates, and any other required travel documents for the destinations included in your itinerary.
b. You are responsible for any costs or consequences arising from non-compliance with entry requirements or failure to obtain necessary travel documentation.

a. Participation in our wildlife travel tours or photography teaching programs may involve physical activities and potential risks associated with wildlife encounters and outdoor environments. You acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree to comply with safety instructions provided by our guides or instructors.
b. You are responsible for assessing your own physical fitness and suitability for participation. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns that may affect your ability to participate safely.

a. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety and the smooth operation of our programs, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused during the course of your participation.
b. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
